Position summary:
The Marketing Manager manages marketing and branding planning, sets the strategy, execution plan and budget for the marketing activities and monitors the implementation of such a strategy and plan, ensuring the Sales & Marketing team achieves expected performance in terms of sales. The Manager is expected to work independently as well as in a team. He/she should possess relevant experience, leadership capabilities, academic and management skills necessary to complete his/her work with effectiveness and efficiency. He/she should possess good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Finally, he/she is expected to exercise sound judgments and maintain the company’s professional and ethical standards in all professional and business-related situations.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and manage Marketing plan. They are including but not limited to:
Launch other programs and events in order to attract potential students and increase the brand value of GPA;
Field Marketing activities: enrollment seminars, vocational consultation and other direct marketing activities with students and parents nationwide, etc.
Partner relationship development and engagement for B2B and B2C marketing activities.
Sponsored Marketing activities
Online marketing activities: digital marketing, social media, website, email marketing, etc.
- Manage Marketing data regarding markets and competitors; analyzes data from surveys and responses; promotes improvements upon services and products.
- Design and oversee all aspects of Marketing Department including our marketing database, email and advertising.
- Propose marketing projects so as to boost sales in accordance with different stages.
- Formulate plans to foster relationships with local authorities and schools
- Coordinating internal marketing and an organization’s culture monitoring performance
- Other tasks assigned by CEO and Board of Directors
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns according
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Be responsible to manage, supervise and evaluate the efficiency of Marketing activities, projects and budget assigned by CEO and Board of Directors
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Compensation:
- Additional bonus depend on the KPI achievements and awarded at the discretion of the company
- Gross salary: 20,000,000VND
- Lunch and parking allowances
- A year-end bonus equal to 13th-month salary is offered at the end of the year should the division achieves revenue target
Performance Review and Promotion:
Two performance reviews will be conducted in a year and all salary adjustments and promotions are considered on an annual basis unless candidates change jobs within the company.
Annual and Sick Leave
As a full-time employee, Marketing Manager is entitled to all statutory holidays as indicated by the Government of Vietnam, annual leave equal to twelfth (12) working days per year as well as sick leave equal to five (5) working days per year.
