We are looking for someone with a can- do attitude and experience across paid, earned, and owned media ideally within a B2B company. Experience with digital marketing but also offline marketing channels including dealing with marketing brand collateral; brochures, Tradeshows, Associations (offline Events) etc.
We are seeking a marketing manager to lead our Southeast Asian marketing efforts, working within the supply chain and quality control industry you will help to achieve HQTS revenue and brand objectives in Southeast Asia and where needed in other regions, with a focus on lead generation and brand awareness initiatives. You will be tasked with market and competitor research, strategy and planning as well as developing and implementing go to market plans for new initiatives.
You will be tasked with managing the Southeast Asia marketing campaigns across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, Vietnam, and additional Southeast Asia Countries targeting both domestic and international buyers. You will be working with both the Consumer goods marketing team as well as the Industrial marketing team to coordinate campaigns in Southeast Asia and you will be focused on segmentation for both the buyer journey for new customers as well as the customer journey for existing customers using CRM system.
Responsibilities
You will also be focused on supporting and managing CRM campaigns, developing and segmenting existing customers across various lines and industries, to lead nurture and achieve company targets.
You will work in collaboration with the (Vietnam and Malaysia Company) managers and sales staff to gather and utilise feedback for optimization across marketing channels and initiatives and to iterate and improve marketing campaigns and targeting across the region as well as conduct regular market research to identify competitors, target customers, market opportunities to make sure marketing activities are aligned with company objectives and targets
You will lead our Southeast Asia research, planning, implementation and reporting efforts for both consumer goods and Industrial goods, working under the consumer and Industrial marketing team managers as well as support for testing department.
You will be responsible for working with marketing department to create/plan, implement, analyse, and report on various marketing campaigns (as within the annual marketing plans) in Southeast Asia and making sure brand assets are delivered on time for various marketing campaigns, to budget and are completed to a high standard.
You will be tasked with managing various channels in order to achieve your lead generation and conversion and brand awareness objectives including: SEO/Content, PPC/Advertising, Website CMS, Webinars, PR, Branding/Design, Events, Sponsorships and Tradeshows, Email campaigns, social media channels, Partnerships, and Associations etc.
