General Management, Strategic Planning, and Cost Management
Partner with the Brand Manager.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of report based on ACFC standard template sent internally or externally, including Marketing Plans, Calendar, Budget, Weekly report, Value proposition, Post mortem reports, and other pertinent reports as requested by line manager/principal.
Manage the cost within the budget approved by line managers, cost- efficiency is reinforced at all times, but without sacrificing the quality of output.
In- depth familiarization with brand guidelines and company policies.
Constantly find new ways/channels to promote/market and effectively reach out to the target market.
Manage marketing schedule every week.
Strategic marketing planning & presentation, and implementation of all marketing activities.
Provide reports as assigned by line manager/brand.
Provide constant leadership in managing internal and external marketing teams and projects day- to- day under the supervision and direction of the line manager.
Brand Activation
Ensure team members understand and align on the strategy and key objectives.
Monitor the effectiveness of each trade investment and ensure maximum returns.
Evaluate all campaigns for further improvement.
Plan and execute an Integrated Marketing campaign, a Seasonal promotion campaign, and a New store opening program (Retail visibility, Trade activities, GWP,…) on Offline & Online channels.
Work closely with the Marketing team and related departments to develop an effective trade promotion strategy and its activities based on the market situation.
Create and execute with staff all programs to achieve channel KPIs (sales volume, market share, market coverage).
Review market developments and customer need regularly.
Handle other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Media Relations and PR & Partnership
Maintain and build relationships with media and lead in deepening the relationship between the brand and the media.
