Marketing Manager of Composite and Adhesive Allnex Vietnam

• Research and analyze industry trends and competitors.
• Understand the sub- segments&039; needs and technical requirements.
• Organize and attend marketing events to increase brand awareness.
• Generate and explore new ideas, including assessing opportunities, defining value propositions and offerings, and categorizing and prioritizing applications and segments.
• Develop and implement strategy for introducing and positioning the existing allnex portfolio with appealing value propositions.
• Understand value chains, key drivers, and value creation processes in the composites and adhesives business and market.
• Responsible for the stewardship of assigned segments.
• Gather and analyze regional insights/data for the composites and adhesives industry.
• Develop marketing plans for assigned segments in the composites and adhesives industries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align sales strategies and objectives.

• 5 years of experience from a multinational background in Business Development, Technical Service, Product Management, or Sales, with 2 years in Marketing.
• Good command in English.
• MBA is a plus.
• Bachelor&039;s or Master Degree in Science, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong business acumen.
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Strong data analytical skills.
• Prior experience in the composites, adhesives, or chemical industry is added advantage.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision- making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Metrics- driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
• Excellent team player in multidisciplinary teams.
• Good problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with marketing and technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
