OBJECTIVES
Marketing manager is responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability, focusing on achieving brand business objectives in the short and long term.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and develop brand strategy.
• Develop brand’s KPI.
• Create a mechanism to control, evaluate and fix arising problems to ensure brand consistency.
• Support long- term innovation strategy: You will support the team in building the long- term innovation strategy, leveraging macro- trends and consumer and business insight to craft a strategy that will deliver against our strategic priorities today and tomorrow.
• Develop the brand&039;s annual budget plan.
• Work with cross- functional partners to develop and execute short- and long- term brand strategies to exceed company objectives
• Ensure the growth in brand awareness, preference, and loyalty of brands
Develop and oversee the implementation of communication and marketing plans
• Oversee the development and implementation of campaigns to promote brand and revenue, including:
- Exhibitions, fairs, events, sponsorships, cooperation with other brands.
- New store opening campaigns
- Other derivative programs.
- Key campaigns on major shopping festivals of the year.
• Periodically review, remind, evaluate and propose solutions to ensure the campaigns are implemented on schedule and effectively.
• Develop plans for brand communication, marketing, promotions in each region, branch, and market based on the company&039;s strategic direction, short, medium and long- term goals.
• Ensure that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.
• Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI.
• Assign KPIs to each brand assistant manager to measure the implementation of campaigns.
• Allocate budget for each group of campaigns/ branches/ communication channels, manage brand’s budget
Product development
• Review and evaluate the success level of business products.
• Coordinate with the creative department, factory engineering team, design department, merchandise strategy department, and sales department to plan and implement the design, production, and purchasing of new products and services. Special collections suitable for the target customer group, different from competitors, creating a long- term competitive advantage for the brand and maximizing revenue.
Drive revenue
• Coordinate with the sales department, merchandise strategy, Retail Marketing department, Omni channel and related parties to regularly monitor, propose programs and implement promotion programs, ensuring achievement achieve business, revenue and new customer goals for the year
Collaborate and work closely with relevant departments/ divisions in accordance with the company&039;s processes and regulations.
• Work cross- functional (Marketing Division, Retail, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting Division, Branch, Store Operation, …) to gain alignment for key project milestones
• Analyze brand, consumer insights and competitive trends, and recommend actions to be taken
Leadership
• Monitor, evaluate, motivate & provide professional trainings for staffs to improve the qualifications and knowledge of the members of the department
