Marketing Manager / Trưởng phòng Marketing

Develop design products combined with advertising campaigns, which is complied with the Savills’s CIP
Conduct ideas and proposals to enhance the development of traditional and modern marketing communication channels.
Develop and implement Company’s marketing strategies across Websites (WEB), Central Reservation Offices (CRO) and Online Travel Agents (OTA) to increase revenue through brand development and creating social media content.
Train, instruct detailed job and professional assist for staffs.
Coordinate marketing agencies on marketing campaigns, creatives, media communications...
Develop SOP related to Marketing department.
Create, manage and develop social media sites of the Cluster.
Write and manage content in both English and Vietnamese for social media content, advertorials, PR articles, press releases, speeches...when required

Experience: at least 3 years in similar position.
Required knowledge and experience in the field of Marketing: planning, branding, locating customer segment, market research, pricing and promoting.
Qualification: Graduated from University upwards with related majors.
Dynamic, always proactive, flexible between working independently and in groups.
Additional skills considered a plus: design, digital marketing, social media, event planning.
Language: English – Upper Intermediate, using fluently, good at writing and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Experience working with OTA parties is an advantage.
Good leadership and team leading skills.
Experience working in the field of Hospitality//Tourism and Property management.
