Vietnam Investment Group (VIG) is looking for candidates for Marketing Manager to join Jump Arena- our Portfolio Company:
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our marketing strategies. Your responsibilities encompass various areas:
Strategy & Planning:
Strategic planning:
- Regularly update marketing plans to align with goals, assess effectiveness, and manage budgets.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to establish clear marketing objectives and KPIs.
- Propose Annual Marketing calendar and Monthly Marketing plan based on business plan.
Budget monitoring: Set annual and monthly budget to align with overall financial plan and business plan. Define marketing channels, allocate costs across marketing channels, and continuously optimize acquisition cost for each channel.
Digital Account Management: Oversee digital accounts and various communication channels, including Fanpage, TikTok, YouTube, Zalo. Collaborate with the Customer Service (CS) department and manage customer data from digital sources.
Market research:
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors.
- explore new communication techniques and digital platforms to engage the target audience.
Team Management: Lead and coordinate cross- functional teams, including digital, design, content, and event. Promote effective collaboration with other departments.
Brand Management & Awareness:
Brand guidelines and Marketing materials: Keep brand guidelines and marketing materials (including videos, images, product sales kit) updated and in line with marketing direction of each period.
Media and Public Relations:
- Manage the brand&039;s image and reputation in the entertainment industry.
- Coordinate and manage media exposure and engage with Influencers/KOLs as needed to enhance brand awareness.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
Partnership & Collaboration:
- Identify potential partnerships or collaborations with other brands or influencers in the entertainment industry to expand reach and credibility.
Commercial Support:
Visual management at Point of sales (POS): Manage advertising placements, image support, content display, and TV presentations at the center (POSM).
Sales Promotion: Plan and implement monthly or campaign promotions to achieve sales targets.
Digital Marketing:
- Website Optimization: Analyze data and propose solutions to optimize website user experience (UI/UX) in collaboration with the E- commerce team.
- Produce digital content (post, image, video, Tiktok clip...) based on define content angles and resonates with your target audience.
- Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.
- Run ads on media channels.
- Measurement: Proficiency in tools to measure digital marketing effectiveness, such as Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Ahrefs, Facebook Ad Manager, ...
- SEO: supervise content production team for SEO
- Develop digital marketing plan that includes Social media/SEO/Search engine/Email.
Outdoor event & activation at center or at 3rd party place:
- Develop a creative and engaging concept that aligns with the brand and appeals to the audience.
- Create a detailed schedule that includes setup, activities, promotions, and cleanup.
- Oversee the smooth execution of the event or campaign.
- Supervise the design and production of promotional materials such as banners, posters, flyers, and brochures.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Data Analysis: Analyze data from different sources and make effective recommendations. Evaluate and make reports showing the results of marketing activities and campaigns, including actual revenue, effectiveness of advertising and marketing channels, feedback and more.
- Customer Analysis: Summarize and analyze customer behavior each month, gather and analyze feedback from media channels, deploy programs for specific customer groups, and set up advertising and promotions on the TAPTAP application.
