Marketing Officer

JOB PURPOSE:

Building a Corporation Identify Program and hosting offline marketing activities for Truoo Pet Care.
Build and maintain customer communities on social networks Facebook, TikTok, Youtube and other platforms for media products related to images, videos,...
Increase awareness of Truoo Pet Care brand and products on Facebook, TikTok, Youtube platforms.
Attract potential customers and increase sales revenue.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
MANAGING DIGITAL MARKETING ACTIVITIES
Research and analysis:

Follow the latest trends on social networks.
Research and analyze activities of target markets and competitors on social networks.

Planning and implementation:

Run Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Youtube Ads (when necessary).
Making media plan and managing social media channels.
Design and create appropriate content, image, video,... on each online Marketing platform to advertise Truoo Pet Care products.
Plan to implement marketing activities for Facebook, TikTok, Youtube channels,... by images, videos,...

Interaction and management:

Design and implement Truoo Pet Care&039;s offline marketing products.
Coordinate with sales, nutrition, and technical departments to visit customers and collect images, videos, etc. for Truoo Pet Care&039;s online marketing activities.
Monitor and report the performance of assigned social network channels.
Interact with customers on social platforms, answer customer questions and receive feedback.

OTHERS:

Other related tasks assigned by Managers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor&039;s degree in Economics or Marketing.

EXPERIENCES:

At least 2 years of experience.
Have experience and major in the field of online marketing.

COMPETENCIES:

Good communication skills, ability to work independently and in groups.
Know how to use design, graphics, photo and video editing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva,..)
Have knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, Youtube platforms
Ability to record and take photos.
Have a high sense of responsibility, careful and meticulous
Male is preferred
Ability to create content, write advertising articles…

LANGUAGUES:

Vietnamese and English

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Travel is required.
