Marketing Operation Manager

Vietmap Application JSC. is established in the year 2006 by an elite group of experts in GIS (Geographic Information System) and information technology.
We are seeking an expertise Marketing Operation Manager who manage Marketing processes efficiency.
Responsibilities:

Campaign management: perform as Marketing project manager for planning, execution & measurement.
Lead Management: build strategy, tactics to optimize the lead sourcing, lead lifecycle. Supporting Sales revenue goal by actively manage the Lead management process.
Performance measurement: monitor performance, develop insights, propose and conduct the plan across all channels.
Goal setting, develop measurement plan which contain benchmark and goals for each campaign.
Process management including build up, monitor and continuously adjust process that enable the marketing team to be more effective in daily work and drive alignment within the department.
Data management: Control the customer database, research & analyze to adjust the Marketing tactics and all campaign implementations.

• 5+ years' experience, Bachelor/ Master graduated. 
• Excellent communication & management skill with proven Marketing record, preferably in Automotive industry 
• Strong understanding about customer lifecycle, customers purchasing journey. Customers oriented mindset 
• Strong analytical skill, able to draw insights and intelligences from Marketing data 
• A good understanding about CRM, Database structure 
• Ability to mange multiple project at the same time in a fast-pace environment
