Marketing Planner Leader

Planning

Monitor and track brand campaign performance.
Coordinate with vendors (agencies, designers, etc.) to execute brand projects.
Assist in the planning of brand events and activities.
Assist in the planning of brand campaigns and initiatives.
Market Research & Data Analysis: Conduct market research and data analysis to uncover market insights, customer preferences, and new business opportunities.

Sales Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor and report on business performance regularly; collaborate with Operations teams to analyze and forecast demand, ensuring timely production plans to meet sales targets and KPIs.
Product Marketing & Brand Building:

Product/ Campaign Training: Create tools and materials for product training and implement training for retail systems and relevant departments.
Positioning & Communication: Develop positioning strategy and communication plan to target customers, in collaboration with Brand Management, and Operations teams.
Campaign/Project Management: Participate in managing or supporting company- wide projects and campaigns as assigned, following project setup and task delegation.

Internal & External Stakeholder Management:
Professionally and proactively work with related parties to set up process, solve roadblocks, manage lead time and deliver projects.

- Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in a similar role, such as Leader, Marketing/Communication Specialist, Product Development, or Product Communication.
- Degree: Bachelor&039;s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
- Relevant experience in: Brand Marketing & Communication, MarketingCampaign/Project/Stakeholder Management
- Skills:

Logical & Critical Thinking.
Can- do spirit and entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to read and understand business analysis and performance reports.
Proficiency in office software.
