Social Media Strategy & Planning

Stay up- to- date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media to optimize marketing effectiveness.
Ensure that social media activities align with 315 Medical overall marketing strategy, branding, and business objectives.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition across social media platforms.

Content Creation & Management

Supervise the production of visual content, including images, videos, and designs, by collaborating with internal teams or external partners when needed.
Plan, create, and manage content across all necessary social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Develop a one- year social content plan to maintain consistency and ensure a well- balanced posting frequency.

Community Management

Work closely with the Customer Service team to gather customer feedback, improve brand perception, and develop engagement programs.
Build and maintain relationships with the customer community and influencers to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.
Monitor and manage comments and brand mentions on social media.

Collaboration & Coordination

Support the organization of events, influencer marketing campaigns, and digital promotions.
Work closely with the Ads team to synchronize online and offline campaigns, attract customers, and increase revenue.
Coordinate with the design team to ensure high- quality and visually appealing marketing materials.

Advanced English skills, both spoken and written.
Highly adaptable, open- minded, resourceful, and pragmatic.
Strong expertise in brand management, consumer insights, creativity, and strategic planning.
Strong analytical skills with a data- driven mindset.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing or a related field (Health & Beauty preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, preferably in a similar role within the retail industry.
