Key Responsibilities:

Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure maximum ROI. Analyze CAC vs LTV
Consult on best practices
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Design graphic
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to acquire new clients.
Edit content (video, sound, graphic, text)
Write compelling posts and blog content to communicate our value proposition.
Branding plan and execution
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Create unique and engaging campaigns to attract and retain clients.
Manage social media
Oversee SEO efforts to enhance online visibility and organic search rankings.

Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
Editing skills (video, sound, graphic, text )
Strong SEO skills and understanding of the latest SEO best practices.
Minimum 6 years of experience in IT industry marketing.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to create engaging content.
Men aged 25- 45
Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
The request can be Vietnamese or foreign
Strong social media experience.

Working houses are from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m, with a 1- hour lunch break
Income based on ability and experience: Basic salary+ bonus (from 20- 45 million)
The 1st and 15th days are vegetarian, and feasting if possible
