Marketing Solutions Growth & Initiatives

● Keep track of competitor’s movement to ensure competitiveness
● Monitor MS product’s performance, analyze and make recommendations to increase seller’s adoption, activeness and spending on Shopee off-site marketing products (Facebook ads with Shopee, Google ads with Shopee, etc.)
● Design effective communication channels with sellers to increase product awareness, enhance seller’s knowledge, handle inquiries, collect brand feedback, etc.
● Experience in engagement with brands and agencies in digital marketing and performance marketing would be highly applicable and a plus
● Good sense of data analysis and insight generation to formulate strategy and grow business
● Collaborate with other teams to roll out and manage initiatives to increase adoption, activeness and spending on off-site MS products; effectively communicate necessary information to keep all stakeholders informed of progress, and to resolve issues
● Plan marketing strategy for off-site products, make recommendations catering to specific seller segments, including designing of package offering, reward and penalty scheme, etc.
● Manage sellers in specific cluster - including seller performance tracking and rewarding, seller inquiries handling, etc

● Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn; can handle and perform with deadline and fast-paced working
● Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in any field is required
● Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
● 3+ years working experience preferably in Consumer Marketing/ Performance Marketing/ Advertising/ e-Commerce/ Digital Marketing
● Data-driven and result-oriented
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
● Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
