Job description:
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our robots team. You’ll help shape our digital presence and manage the customer journey from pre- sale to post- sale. If you’re passionate about robots and AI and excited to grow with a business, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Execution:

Create and implement marketing strategies to generate leads and engage audiences. Manage SEO, paid social media, email campaigns, and website optimization.

Data- Driven Analytics & Optimization:

Track and analyze the success of campaigns. Measure KPIs and run A/B tests to improve performance.

Integrated Campaign Management:

Lead digital campaigns from start to finish, ensuring they are cohesive across all channels and aligned with the broader marketing calendar and commercial goals. Coordinate creative development, launch, and post- campaign reviews.

. Paid Social Media & Digital Advertising:

Plan and manage paid social campaigns across Google. Optimize ad budgets for the best ROI.

Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing:

Run email campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers. Segment lists and track email performance to increase engagement.

Website Optimization:

Improve website conversion rates and lead generation strategies to drive business growth.

Sales & Order Management

Handle customer inquiries and work with logistics to ensure smooth shipping and delivery. Provide support to the customer service team when needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Excellent English skills
with
IELTS/TOEIC certificates
3+ years of experience in digital marketing/sales or similar roles
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing/ Robotics/ Engineering
Strong understanding of GEO/SEO, paid social media, email marketing, and website optimization
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem- solving skills
Quick Learner and flexible thinker

Preferred:

Basic knowledge of robotics and AI
Experience in a fast- paced start- up environment
