Marketing Specialist Assistant

- Aim of the position: To support the Commercial Team with regard to marketing and business development activities, in line with the commercial and marketing strategy of RZ Vietnam, in order to increase the sales and strengthen RZ Image in Vietnam.

* Core activities:
Strategy: Support to build marketing strategy from a client perspective
• Collect market information, market trend and make updated market overview by monthly
• Be assistant of building Marketing strategy for short term and long term towards the client & chain organization of the crop involved
Coordination:Support to commercial on doing and purchasing marketing material and coordinating marketing activities
• Deliver the main trends & developments from market, clients to support for coordinate marketing strategy.
• Coordinate and support for setting up, follow up all marketing activities and get feedback of campaign.
• Responsible to make marketing material for commercial products as requested from crop specialist
• Responsible to manage and coordinate all activities relate to website, fan pages of company and specific products.
Communication: Responsible for both internal communication and external communication
• Keep or coordinate regular contact and visits with the key markets, key clients
• Deliver specific services from marketing/ chain/ consumer/ downstream perspective
• Specialists Marketing in order to create more uniformity in the marketing approach
• Be the linking-pin of all Marketing & Business development activities to Chain Managers, client teams and clusters (f.e. marketing campaigns, consumer research, trends & development analysis)
