Marketing Supervior (Support Operation)

Analyze survey results to assist with business decisions;
Other tasks as required by management.
Collaborate with stores to execute activities and events;
Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and prepare reports on results;
Plan and budget for events and promotional programs at stores;
Conduct customer surveys to collect data and gain insights into local customer needs;
Review and modify existing designs in accordance with guidelines and directions;

English communication skills;
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields;
Can do attitude, open- minded, teamwork and hard- working.
Experience in Retail or FMCG is an advantage;
Willingness to go on business trip when necessary;
At least 1- 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing;
Basic skills in using and designing with Adobe Illustrator (AI) and Photoshop; good MS Office skills
