Daily:
Coordinate with sales and customer care departments to ensure marketing campaigns are synchronized
Support and connect tasks in the team to ensure work progress.
Work with partners and service providers to ensure the quality and progress of outsourced work
Review indicators such as visits, conversion rates, marketing costs, interaction rates... to evaluate campaign effectiveness
Track the progress of campaigns from ideas, content production to customer care activities
Weekly:
Attend English class at least once a week in order to improve English, and be familiar with the course.
Evaluate each member&039;s work performance, provide feedback, and improve skills
Conduct weekly meetings with department staff to gather feedback, develop solutions and update new trend
Support tracking and budget allocation for MKT campaigns
Assign work to each position in the team
Continuously update new trends in marketing, technology and customer behavior to apply to campaigns
Manage social media channels.
Monthly:
Market researching using measurement tools, based on the market to make marketing plans.
Prepare reports to evaluate the level of effectiveness after campaigns through indicators (CiR, CAC, CPC, CPM, CPR, CPS...)
Report indicators and performance results of the Marketing team to COO
Develop a plan to deploy digital marketing activities.
Build a marketing strategy for the team according to each goal: Branding and performance
Plan and implement marketing, communication, advertising programs through online channels and using digital communication technology: website, Facebook, WordPress, email, SMS... or SEO, SEM, Google AdWords activities. Deployed in each phase: Quarter/month.
Statistics, deployment and analysis of target customers.
As Needed:
Support team to resolve problems that arise outside of regulations.
Plan and coordinate the organization of offline events at the branch.
Adjust campaigns depending on market conditions and customer feedback
