Marketing Supervisor

+ Support marketing manager to achieve, lead and implement the marketing strategy of targeted sub-segment (Mainly Downstream – Lysaght).
+ Take ownership on the marketing activities of the targeted segment including:
Support MM to build up strategy including 4P matrix and implement the plan for market expansion, market penetration and market diversification (channel development) of the sub-segment.
Recommend and Support Marketing manager to establish the Sub-segment Marketing 3-year; propose sub- segment’s annual strategy to maximize product/brand appeal to target customers
Develop and manage MARCOM plan for the assigned segment including integrated marketing activities
Monitoring sub-segment’s product performance and directing product and/or marketing adjustments when needed (innovation, communication plan, value proposition, market offers…)
Monitoring the customer data acquisition, develop journeys/experiences for targeted customers and implement the CRM campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS:REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or equivalent professional experience
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Segment/Brand’s MARCOM management
• Minimum 03 year experience in similar position
• Experience in working with MNC
