Marketing Support

- EXECUTION MANAGEMENT: Ensuring agencies’ executions are well delivered as plan in terms of quality, timing and compliance
- PLANNING: Learning and support line manager to give feedbacks and evaluate detailed execution plan (Eg: TV spotplan, iTVC shopping list, Activation production quote & specs)
- PROJECT PERFORMANCE TRACKING: Daily tracking and weekly reporting to line managers the project WIPs, also propose & execution solutions for new issues happen on ground
- MARKET FIELD: Close to market and Sales team to understand, evaluate and report to line manager the actual execution
- REPORT & ANALYSIS: Learning Marketing Research and follow up the Research Partners (Nielsen, Brand Health agency, Digital U&A agency, Media Intelligence) to prepare monthly report on overall Brand Performance
- OPERATION SUPPORTS: Supporting line manager and Marketing team smoothly operating daily tasks (Eg: Agency tracking, Meeting arrangement, take lead Documents and follow up company process)
- PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT: Quickly learning & pro-active raising demands at skills & knowledge need to be coached to answer job requirements.

- At least 1 year experience working as same position in FMCG Companies or Agencies
- Good skills at Business Application: Microsoft Word / PowerPoint / Excel / Outlook
- Good skills at English communication, data analysis, problem solving, verbal communication, structural thinking
- Opening to various opinions and desiring to new knowledge learning
- Well adapt to situation changes and take action rather than take emotion
- Passionately delegate to drive business result and brand’s performance oriented
- Available for both oversea and domestic travel at least 1 week / month by air or car
