Marketing Support

Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including:

+ Maintaining and organizing marketing databases, contact lists, and files.
+ Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.+ Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and emails.

Perform general office duties as needed, such as filing documents, ordering supplies, and managing office equipment.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Good looking is an advantage
College/ University graduate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Candidates with experience in finance industry is preferred
Fluent in English

The basic salary is not a fixed salary for sure- will be considered for salary increase every 2- 6 months- based on your abilities at work
