* Job Summary (Main objective(s) / purpose(s) of the role)
-As a Marketing Executive of a brand with new journey for positioning brand name in cosmetics industry, you need to take responsibility to innovate and execute online and offline branding activities to enhance brand performance. Be a positive, innovative and can-do attitude Marketers to do something bold and good for your brand.
* Principal Accountabilities
(All accountabilities of the role)
1. Digital communication development & platform management
- Develop digital / viral communication and execute with media plan and monitor the performance results
- Plan and manage monthly contents of brands websites and social media channels to build a strong sincere brand identity
- Create design to adapt on social media channels
- Report monthly creative & media result as well as competitors’ advertisement activities
- Create product contents/infographic for new launches
2. Online CS management / Product & Ad license
- Manage customer inquiries on brand website / brand official social media
- Works with operations team to track and get the product and Ad license for the brands
- Co-ordinate and manage administration tasks for MKT team
3. Digital campaign / Event / Paid media management / Content MKT
- Conduct innovative paid editorial/advertorial content
- Co-ordinate and support digital campaign for major launches or brand initiatives
- Develop ideas to create online traffic and on-offline link event
- Develop new ideas to maximize digital and social media exposures for the brand
4. Coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal/external support departments
- Create and leverage network with digital/social influencers
- Manage the key stake holders and build long term good relationships (Media / Influencers / Bloggers / VIP customers) to maximize the brand awareness
5. Marketing budget management and KPI-setting
- Digital marketing communication budget by activities and manage efficiency of each campaign results.
- Allocate and manage marketing budget for monthly, quarterly and yearly activities, following marketing calendar.
6.Establish marketing plan
Work closely with brand team to create, implement and evaluate executional marketing plan based on regional and local strategy

Yêu cầu công việc


* Qualification and experience:
-Education: Diploma Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication
-Have 1-2 years of Marketing experiences in cosmetics, FMCG is preferred
-Have good communication skills, professional and POSITIVE working attitude
-Preferable candidates from cosmetics company/agency with relationship and knowledge about
* Media/KOLs/SNS management
-Have ability to create graphic design is a big plus (2D Design)
-English: conversational / business level.
-Computing: MS Office tools (especially Excel)
Personal skills and attributes:
-Ability to catch trend and adapt quickly to the brand
-Strong in content creation and high creativity to create new ideas for the brands
-Strong passion for cosmetics and beauty
-Result-orientation with ability to execute and measure the campaign performances
-Ability to work well as individual and as a team
-Open minded, mature and dynamic personality
-A hard working, pro-active and can-do attitude person
