Experience using Discord, Twitter, TikTok and other social network platforms is a plus.
Fluent in English (Written and Spoken), equivalent to an IELTS score of 6.5.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
🔹 Phase 1: Affiliate & Community Acquisition
Execute targeted recruitment campaigns across Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
Master the fundamentals of building affiliate networks through multi- platform outreach, compelling content creation, and strategic community building.
Implement effective affiliate onboarding and commission structures.
Build and rapidly grow an engaged Discord community.
Develop systematic approaches to identifying and approaching potential affiliates.
Create personalized outreach scripts that get responses.
🔹 Phase 2: Senior Community & Discord Management
Build comprehensive resource libraries and training materials for the affiliates.
Implement "quick win" campaigns to accelerate affiliate success.
Support and Develop personalized coaching for high- potential affiliates.
Evolve into a community architect with advanced skills in Discord moderation, affiliate support, and engagement strategy.
Study and implement strategies from 15+ top affiliate communities.
🔹 Phase 3: Strategic Community Leadership
Build mentorship systems that multiply community impact.
Create certification programs and exclusive partnerships.
Implement data- driven community structures.
Master complete Discord server architecture and strategy.
Transform into a complete community administrator capable of building scalable affiliate ecosystems.
Train new moderators and develop leadership capability.
Develop custom automation and tiered access systems.
General Information
Trainee Duration: 06 months.
Department: Affiliate & Community.
Working Hours:
Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM- 10:00 PM. We kick off Saturdays with team runs and weekly reflections- mind, body, and momentum aligned.
Monday- Friday: 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM, with 1- hour lunch break.
Working Location: On- site, 18A Street No. 38, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
