Manage and update hotel web- site content
Support to conduct culinary and event photoshoots
Keep all directories and online listings up- to- date
Do market research when required
Support execution and fulfillment of projects as outlined on marketing communications plans
Other tasks as assigned | Candidates will be provided with job details during interview
Coordinate with other divisions and departments to ensure smooth operation of the job functions
Translate Vietnamese to English and vice versa
Manage day- to- day activities of selected social media channels, support content creator for new creative content angles
Ensure that all stationery and collaterals are standardized and conforms to the brand standards

Detail- oriented, be able to maintain smooth communication with team members and departments
At least 6 months trainee period
Proactive, self- motivated, disciplined, goal- oriented, hard- working
Full- time traineeship
Students and fresh graduates are welcomed
Good command of English, especially writing and computer skills
Manage to work well in a team and independently under pressure in the fast- facing workplace
Creative and critical thinking
Basic skills of copywriting or graphic design or videography/photography or editing tools are a plus point

Accommodation, meals, and uniforms will be provided.
Accident Insurance for trainees during the internship period.
Monthly Allowance: 2,000,000 VND/month, paid based on actual working days
