Key responsibilities
Data Management and Strategy:
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various digital channels to provide actionable insights for marketing strategies.
- Maintain and enhance customer data platforms (CDP) to improve customer segmentation and targeting.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data management strategy to ensure that all digital marketing efforts are data- driven.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Use predictive analytics to forecast trends, customer behaviors, and market changes.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign performance, and ROI to inform decision- making.
- Set up and manage analytics tools to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns, website traffic, and user behaviour.
Marketing Technology Integration:
- Evaluate and recommend new MarTech tools and platforms that align with business goals and enhance marketing capabilities.
- Manage the integration and optimization of marketing technologies (MarTech) to streamline marketing processes.
- Work closely with IT and development teams to implement and optimize marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other digital marketing technologies.
E- commerce and Livestreaming Optimization:
- Work with content creators and marketing teams to ensure that live- streaming content is aligned with marketing objectives and resonates with the target audience.
- Analyse and optimize e- commerce platforms to improve user experience, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Utilize data to enhance live- streaming sessions, providing insights into viewer behavior and engagement to improve future events.
Customer Journey Mapping and Personalization:
- Implement personalization strategies across digital channels based on customer data and behaviour to increase engagement and conversion.
- Develop and maintain detailed customer journey maps to understand touchpoints and improve customer experiences.
- Monitor and optimize customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs using data insights.
A/B Testing and Experimentation:
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns, website elements, and customer journeys.
- Develop a culture of continuous experimentation and optimization within the digital marketing team.
- Analyse test results to draw actionable conclusions and implement improvements.
Compliance and Data Privacy:
- Implement best practices for data security and privacy, safeguarding customer information and maintaining trust.
- Ensure that all data collection, storage, and usage comply with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
