I.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Participate in achieving all targets of Project tasks being approved yearly
-Coordinate with other departments and liaison with related person-in-charge
-Work with the client and other consultants, at all project stages as assigned
-Do architectural, interior design, urban planning, public domain works and landscaping as assigned.
2.Architecture, landscaping and Planning requirements:
-Prepare Design brief documents for building design, public domain and planning.
-Participate in managing detail design and specifications, documentation for tender
-Participate in managing designs to develop new requirements in Project or any adjustment.
-Master Planning monitoring
-Track, monitor and control documents
3.Project Legal: execute or support
-Prepare all documents base on authority’s requirement for project.
-Apply, following and meeting with authorities to get approval for design, planning and connection.
-Keep in touch with authorities.
-Report as Government regulation

II.JURISDICTION AND OBLIGATION
1.Jurisdiction:
-Use all resources according to the Company system to perform the assigned tasks. Request the relevant departments to provide necessary information for the work to a certain extent;
2.Obligation:
-Completely comply with the Company's Charter and regulations, policies
-Complete the functional duties and the tasks assigned by line manager;
-Comply with the regulations, operational procedures, scope of work and as assigned by Line Manager;
-Comply with the applicable law.
-Keep Company’s confidentiality.
-Participate in training courses according to the Company's policy.
-Maintain the image and reputation of the Company as a senior representative for the Company with external partners.

B.Qualification and Experience
-Bachelor degree in Architecture
1.Working Experience:
-At least 12 years of experience in planning & design management
2.Expertise:
-Understandings of new town development;
-Comprehensive understanding of planning, architecture and construction works
-Understanding of principles of feasibilities study of a new town or other design units;
-Comprehensive understanding of latest update of relevant legal rules & regulations.
-Ability to make use of the structure, functions, policies and charters of organizations to solve issues;
-English (listening, reading, speaking and writing)
