Material Control Planner

- Control raw materials delivery and inventory

- Release purchasing orders to suppliers based on Lead time, MOQ/MPQ, system demand by
- Confirm best material ready date for customers’ new orders.

- Report for E&O material by monthly and other RM report by weekly/daily.
- Control ECO
- Work out suppliers’ delivery schedule and monitor suppliers’ delivery on time. In order to make sure no material shortage in production line.
- Control suppliers’ manufacturing lead time, processes, capacity, raw materials and identify the risk and solution in advance.
- Control inventory. Minimum the excess material if any order cancellation.
- Driving quality issue/stock reconcile

- Good leadership and computer skill is preferential

- 3- years relevant PMC experience with good knowledge of Purchase and material control.- Fully understand MRP system and Purchase flow

- Oracle knowledge is preferred
- Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- Be good at Microsoft Office, such as Power Point/Excel/VBA/Power BI…

- Able to work effectively- Work in electrical industry is an advantage

- University graduated. 3 years and above- Good oral and written communication in both English and Vietnamese
