Material Inspection Senior Supervisor / Quản Đốc MI Crystal Martin (Vietnam) Company Limited

*Job Purpose:
Manage ateam of inspectors to handle ni coming material quality as per customer requirements&release rawmaterial ot production within leadtime while resolving material quality related issues during the production.
*Key Roles and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)
Pushing team ot achieve the quality objective and KPI (lead time target, output target, performance of worker, leader,..), find the reasonand corrective action, preventive action for the unmet target
Control the working time and OTtime of worker/staffs
Arrange machine, equipment, headcount for department
Connect people from other team together, making team spirit in department
Give out the quality objective, KPI for department yearly
Do annual assessment for leader/worker/sup
Control staffs/worker follow department procedure, department and company regulation
Solving the issue of material quality
Assign job for lower position
Control & on time update all documents related to MI
* Key Results/Key PerformanceIndicators(KPIs)/
- Release the raw material to production according to buyer&039;s requirements & update system within agreed lead- time
- 100% batches inspection result availability of all customers.
- Minimize quality related issues during the production stage & need to meet worker accuracy target
- Pass all internal & external audits.

*JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Qualification Requirements
College or University graduate
Experience Requirements
- Have knowledge on fabric or raw material for garment factory
- Have at least 5year experience in quality management job and 3 year in same position
Technical competency Requirements
- Good computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power- point
- Strong leadership and good organization skill
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Comprehensive level of English is require (4 skills)
