Material Officer- Purchasing & Supply

DAILY

Prepare, process, and follow up on the Purchase Requisition (PR) based on the materials demand from the Master Production Schedule; inventory- stocking level; past material order history, and material consumption level; and ensure they are purchased and delivered on time.
Responsible for the daily Materials Issuance process and ensuring the materials are physically checked and transferred exactly based on the Daily Job Orders; ensure all transactions in SAP are updated correctly and timely.
Verify and sign all Materials documents such as delivery notes, Packing list, Material Issuance Slip to Production, etc.
Responsible for the daily Materials Receiving process and ensuring the materials are physically counted, and weighted; and all transactions in SAP are updated correctly and timely.

MONTHLY:

Prepare, confirm, and submit Monthly Inventory Count for all Materials in the Material Store (SAP – E locations).
Review, process, and follow up on the action plans for the slow- moving, non- moving, and discontinued Materials.

AD- HOC:

Any tasks assigned by the superior.

Bachelor&039;s Degree in Supply Chain Management
Flexible to work in shifts (if any)
Proficient in English
Minimum 1 years of progressive experience in Purchasing / Supply Chain
Knowledge of Technical Information Systems particularly SAP
Ability to negotiate favorable prices and terms of purchases to maximize best sourcing practices.
Ethics & Integrity
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint
