Doing well all the activities of Material, packaging Procurement Staff

Reviewing contracts to sign contracts following company regulation and templates. Monitoring contract terms and re- signing on time
Submitting payment requisitions on time and correctly, improving payment term
Resolving problems, and issues during the purchasing process between internal departments and suppliers
Collaborating with other sections/teams to satisfy common goals and requirements of the Company
Developing new suppliers, new commodities
Buying production material and packaging
Supplier auditing and evaluating, document recording as procedure
Doing periodical reports, KPI reports as higher level requirement
Ensuring purchasing activity follows Company requirements for safety, quality, delivery, and cost
Collaborating with Procurement Manager in setting realistic and challenging operational goals, and contributing to common accomplishment of the Company and Procurement Department
Selecting and suggesting purchasing plans, and reasonable and competitive suppliers. Negotiating with suppliers for purchasing terms include contract/ price/ delivery schedule/ payment term/ tax/ commodity specìication, etc.. / Selecting and suggesting purchasing plans, reasonable and competitive suppliers

Good at English communication and report
3 + years experience in the procurement field. Experienced in the packaging industry is a plus.
Experience in purchasing imported products, well knowledge of Import- export procedure
A bachelor’s degree in a closely related field required
