Material Planner

· Continuous improvement for material process
· Taking care of the detailed materials scheduling tasks; materials call off and providing visibility of incoming materials to the materials handling team
· Responsible for Direct Material and returnable Material.
· Responsible for ensuring materials availability to meet the production requirements with minimum stock level.
· Liaises with stakeholders (including. Procurement, Production, Quality, Logistic,..) to ensure the schedule is deliverable and to anticipate and resolve potential issues
· Manages supplier commitment process, tracks supplier performance versus key metrics including deliveries on time, in full and on standard
· Anticipate and mitigate future material availability risks within the short- term horizon
· Is first point of issue resolution with suppliers for the short- term horizon
· Maintain the updated and accurate Masterdata, including material item code and Bill of Material, ready for planning and production
· Provides visibility of inbound materials flow to local logistics teams
· Responsible for placing and managing purchase orders
· Manage Inventory basic on target defined and control unhealthy stock to avoid excess and obsolete stock.
· Manage obsolete, risk obsolete and slow moving of material

· Bachelor’s degree
· Good communicator with the ability to collaborate internally and externally.
· Good Technical skills: MS Excel, Powerpoint
· Experience with ERP
· Fluent in English and local language (spoken and written)
· Working Experience: 2- 4 years in Planning, Supply chain field
· Good analytical, planning and problem solving skills
