MATERIAL PLANNER

We provide shuttle bus from Bien Hoa/ Cantavil Thu Duc/ Thu Duc Crossroad/ Ba Ria to our Factory (Nhon Trach) for this position.

Ensuring materials meet specifications, and quality standards, and are cost- efficient.
Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products
Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders.
Review blueprints and product specifications to accurately determine the number of materials needed.
Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.
Other duties as assigned by the Planning manager
Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
Adjust amounts for existing inventory and orders of conventional sizes.
Documents overall material needs, including all codes, brands, and contact information necessary to process orders.

Awareness of IATF16949, supply chain management.
Knowledge in the automotive industry – Production / Quality.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
Proficient English.
At least 02- 03 years of working experience in Material planning fields in the industry environment.
