Material Planning Officer

Monitor and communicate available free stock to customers.
Track usage quantities and maintain optimal inventory levels for key materials.
Maintain and update master data related to materials and planning.
Monitor material requirement plans and adjust them as needed to meet production demands.
Generate daily and monthly reports on material requirements plans.
Liaise with relevant departments to address issues such as material shortages, warehouse capacity constraints, shipment delays, and expedited requests.
Develop shipment schedules for suppliers to optimize inventory levels and avoid overcapacity in warehouses.
Calculate material requirements and collaborate with the Purchasing team to ensure adequate supplies for production.

Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Fair proficiency of English.
Ability to work under pressure and proficiency in MS Office (Advanced MS Excel skills are advantageous).
Basic knowledge of statistics, excellent communication and teamwork skills, dedication, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.
University degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
