Material Purchasing Cum Planning Senior

Request credit notes from suppliers and send to Accounts Payable for processing.
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
Placing packing material to supplier.
Collect each buyer PO and internal report no to proceed the PO to vendors.
Ensure and manage stock available and placing orders as and when required.
Get new orders, then check the consumption of each material.
Track the order and ensuring timely deliveries.
Resolve shipments in error with suppliers.
Issue purchase order to suppliers, distributors and manufactures.
Update order details into our internal databases.
Checking the packing specification and analyze the packing material needed for new orders.

Communication skills: considering work in teams, a great communicator needed
Analytical and have the ability to solve purchasing and inventory related problems.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in this field, experience with purchasing systems (preferred)
Can work under high pressure, hard- working and honestly, high organized
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong data entry skills.

Working days: 5 days/week, from Monday to Friday; Working time: 7:30 – 16:30.
