Material team leader

Task 1:
· Supply Chain management: Quản lí chuỗi cung ứng
Task 2:
Material item allocation confirmation for bulk production.
Preparing & Leading the material season handover meeting with T2 and internal cross Fuctional team to release buy ready.
Take charge 1 page summary report for season material status based stage share to BOD & related Functional team.
Negotiate material price, Lead time, min surcharge with supplier (T2)
Create & update the season material dashboard sheet sharing to in- house cross functional department.
Communication the T2 KPI about Quality & Service & delievy performance by season.
Take charge T1/T2 collarboration & improvement project.
Tracking buy ready status with T2 & Dev product team.
Material Engineer management (Quality):
Review and follow up all in- house & 3rd party material testing result then deal back with T2 & in- house cross functional team to work out best solution to minimize risk occuse in bulk production.
Tracking material item and color dip approval status for buy ready.
Work with T2 & Internal for material risk assessment & quality concern.
Develop & Communication for all Engineer fabric artwork with T2 & in- house Dev Product team & Techincal & Quality team.
Take charge the CTQ (Critial to Quality) report for all fabric engineer artwork/pattern base on specific stage.
Negotiate with T2 & In- house cross Department for material limitation & tolerance allowance align from Dev to Bulk production
Task 3:
· Management manpower, complian and working efficiency in team.
Coach & provide solution and direction to team for any issue related the material quantity issue.
Review and evaluate, comments in working efficiency and performance by monthly.
Motivating, tracking the conversation from externally and Internally through email or phone.
Driving team with compliance process for company goal related ISO, CT- PAT, 6S…etc.
Coach a team going with correct process in job and task to get the highest speed & efficiency
· Coach, Train & Develop team for capability.
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Coaching team the upgrade knowledge related the product development field.
Make plan for internal training and updating new policy and requirement from clients as well from Factory to related the product develop source
- Provide suitable opportunity or task based on ability of team member in team.
Task 4:
· Support & Others Tasks
Attend Product dev deploying meeting lead by product team.
Attend management meeting & Development Activities meeting
Cross check style trims card (material quality) provide by Technical do release sample production.
Perform other task was assigned by Management to support other team incase
Attend the training from external & internal
Monitoring and motivating team for T2 heat appllication test process to get all done before buy ready
ERP system- material library set up
Attend season product walk through meeting.
Attend meeting with cross functional team based on specific subject.

· Technical field: Knowledge the material consumption/usage calculate, understand the maker/ pattern
· Full understand for material shipment (input & output) & payment term procedure.
· Good experience for the material inventory management.
· English certificate- Fluent English in reading/understanding, writing, listening, Speaking
· Understand ERP or any similar data system management
· At least 2- 3 years of experience in sportswear apparel product development with same position as above JD in Apperal manufacturing field with number of team member 6- 10 staff .
· University majoring in textile technology or related field.
· Microsoft Office Certificate & do well for powerpoint, Excel, word and Illustrator in basic knowledge & understanding
· Have knowledge and full understand for Material quality communication, structure of textile and physical & basic chemical (such as RSL…etc) testing process
