Mechanical Design Engineers (6 People)

Forklift Mechanical components design Engineers 1. Responsible for the design, development, and release of components on new forklift models and options.
Create and manage simultaneous engineering design documents like DFMEAs, part lists (BOM), and engineering change instructions (ECN).
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure manufacturability, cost, quality, and delivery of new products.
Able to validate designs by using FEA software.
Develop a wide range of parts including welded steel assemblies, metal castings, plastics, rubbers, multi- part assemblies, hydraulics system.
Develop 3D models, 2D drawings, and study files using Siemens NX, manage data files in PLM software.
Ensure drawing quality by considering design intent, materials, quality control characteristics, dimensions, tolerances, product requirements, and clarity.

• Communicate with Engineering Department in Japan by Japanese/English. ***Chế độ/
• Bachelor’s degree with major in Mechanical Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering
• Prefer a candidate with experience in material handling, automotive, or heavy equipment design experience Prefer 3D CAD (Siemens NX preferred) and PLM system experience.
