Mechanical Engineer (for Water and Wastewater Treatment System) - Senior Level Organo (Vietnam) - Global Engineering Center

- Expertise in design and manage P3D.
- Conduct reviews of final output outputs including orthographic drawings, isometric drawings, and 2D drawings.
- Conduct project review meetings and technical discussions with clients.
- Responsible for detailed design, such as piping route planning, Skid design, and equipment design, based on Organo Group&039;s basic plan and basic design.
- Generate technical documents and propose standardization initiatives to improve work efficiency.
- Create and manage process charts for piping and equipment design, effectively tracking progress.
- Manage project timelines to ensure on- time delivery.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
- Proficient in utilizing Advance Steel for support and pipe rack design.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to subcontractors, outsourcing partners, and fabricators.
- Possess a strong understanding of technical documents like specification sheets, P&IDs, layouts, and structural drawings (pipe racks, stages, supports), and mainly design piping.
- Share technical expertise and guidance, fostering the development of junior engineers.

Knowledge of engineering:
- Understanding of CAD administration is an advantage.
- Knowledge of process control is an advantage.
- Proficient in reading and understanding P&IDs, technical documents, and drawings in English.
- Knowledge of BIM design work, BIM360 collaborate pro settings, and procedures.
- Knowledge of piping drawings, isometric drawings, and creating manufacturing drawings (experience with JIS and PVC piping a plus).
- Familiarity with standard for materials used in structural components, storage tanks, vessels, and piping (JIS or equivalent standards).

Experience:
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior work experience in Japanese companies.
- Prefer candidates with over 4 years of EPC project experience in Piping Design position.
- Hands- on experience using piping design software such as P3D, PDMS/E3D and be proficient in using these tools.
- Experience in Plant3D and PDMS/Cardworks administrators is preferred.
Language:
- Ability to communicate in English
- Having proficiency in the Japanese language is an advantage
Technical competencies:
- Preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with programing such as Python, API programming such as Forge, Power BI
- Familiar with MS office
- Familiar with AutoCAD 2&3D, Plant 3D, or Cardworks Plant and structure
