Mechanical Engineer

• Search for solutions to improve products and improve production efficiency relate to optical systems, mechanical systems and camera systems.
• Participate in in- depth research on technological trends such as manufacturing technology and design technology.
• Coordinate FW, HW, SW, Optics departments to handle problems arising during and after design construction.
• Communicate and work directly with customers for customized design as required.
• Directly participating in the design and completion of products of the Gremsy’s ecosystem.
• Create 3D models using Solidworks or equivalent tools and make 2D drawings.
• Read, interpret and update engineering drawings with GD&T (Geometry, Dimension, Tolerance).
• Draft test protocols for design verification and validation.
• Participate in in- depth research on Optical system design, Optics simulation, Optical testing, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and modeling of complex surfaces for molding.

• Passionate about exploring and designing systems related to optics and camera modules.
• Knowledge in GD&T, Tolerance analysis and manufacturing process.
• Good skills in 3D concept development, 2D development drawings are a must (SolidWorks mainly).
• Intermediate English level (Toeic 440- 680, Ielts 5.0- 6.0).
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechatronics, Mechanical engineering or related fields.
• 0- 2 years of experience in Mechanical Design Engineering, Surface design for molding , CNC Part design, Part Aluminum Molding design, Plastic Molding Part Design, Concept design, etc.
• Understand the detailed manufacturing process (CNC machining field, Electric Motor manufacturing process).
• BOM preparation, manufacturing drawings & Drawing standard knowledge.
