***Key Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for automation design, 3D or 2D drawing, make BOM list and equipment manuals.
Responsible for external technical communicate, collection of technical data of equipment.
Machine assembly and transmission mechanism assembly training for operator.
Responsible for company equipment development with electrical engineer, make scheme, evaluate and structure design.
Optimize structure, improve process, and advance level of automatic for existing equipment.
Guide assembly and adjustment of equipment and solve the technical problem for mechanical technical.

Education & Qualification Requirements
• Junior university degree, mechanic, machinery, mechatronics or related majors,
Experience Requirements
• Three years or more working experience in automation design.
Technical competency Requirements
• Problem solving skills.
• Familiar with performance of all the machined parts, rectilinear motion parts, transmission parts and pneumatic components and know how to select, such as motor, guide screw, slider, bearings, cylinder, solenoid value and so on.
• Faniliar with various manufacturing technology and assembly technology.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Master of principle of mechanical structure action, familiar with the principle of automatic control and basic process.
• Know about process and requirements for general metal, nonmetal.
• Experienced in automation equipment in the garment industry (sewing, seamless equipment) will be an advantage.
• Comfortable using Solid works, AutoCAD and related mechanical design software.
