MECHANICAL ENGINEER ( NHÂN VIÊN KỸ THUẬT)

1 . FUNCTION
- Support for relevant department (Purchasing department, Planning department, Safety & Environment department, Maintenance division, Safety, Production department) about technical.
- Implement new project (Building, new product, improvement project).
- Standardizate for production engineering.
2 . RESPONSIBILITY
- Base on the understanding the daily productivity, DT achievement, yield, and propose the improvement idea.
- Support maintenance department and production department create and propose a plan for regular maintenance.
- Support relevant department about setting, install, maintenance equipment such as label printer, measuring tools…
- Support safety for KY activity.
- Support for calculate the capacity for equipment and personnel plan are prepared and proposed to boss.
- Support plan and conduct facility improvement, standardization, education.
- Support QMS. (Understand manuals, regulations, standards and make them run).
- Design layout for factory, make the route for production.
- Support grinding slitting knife, big leveler machine knife, cutting core knife…
- Support Safety for finding out unsafe behavior.
- Support relevant department for the causes and measures of internal nonconformity and complaints, claim.
- Analyze factors that are unattainable to achieve the annual plan and propose the next year&039;s plan to the boss.
- Support J1 activity for relevant department about engineering (design jig, tools…)
- Plan and conduct facility improvement, standardization, education.
- Support the training document for new employee education and evaluate the situation.

Mechanical struture knowledge

- Can force calculation, dimension, know about material…

- Understanding about the mechanical structure.

Mechanical design experience

- Design, calculation of force, structure.

- Mechanical drawing software (Autocad, Solid works).

- Mechanical drawing knowledge (display drawing, dimension, processing part tolerance, assembly tolerance).

- Know the cost of part for design with suitable cost.

- Have experience the mechanical part having on the market.

Mechanical skill

- Gas cuting, plasma cutting.

- Hand grinding, cutting.

- Drill, tap.

- Forklift driving is advance.

- Crane operation is advance.

- Lathe, mill is advance.

- Arc welding.

Relation others

- Air Pneumatic knowledge (cylinder, solenoid valve, hose, force calculation…).

- English for reading the mechanical part catalogue, machine user manual.

- Read Misumi catalogue and other catalogue, must be comprehended, using smoothly.

- Understanding about machine mechanical drawing.

- Understanding about hydralic, pneumatic drawing.

- Hydraulic knowledge (pump source, cylinder, solenoid valve, hose, force calculation…).

Electric relation

- Checking voltage, checking risistant, checking circuit.

- Wirring for Hydraulic, Pneumatic valve control.

- Simple wiring such as Y/Delta 3 phase, 1 phase.

Safety

- Have safety about operation each hand equipment, know dangerous poitn of mechanical structure, eletric. Can safety his own and teach other members.
