TITLE: DIESHOP TEAM LEADER
Welcome to the Wires World
- Working in the drawing Dies field for multi & single wires.
- Weekly report the production issues related to Dies to the manager.
- Follow the in and out record of Dies on master file, cross check data with production.
- Support your team in re- polishing, resizing Dies.
- Coordinate with production in updating data and dies sets of new products.
- Control and active preparation of drawing Dies sets and final Dies for production.
- Responsible for replying to complaints related to drawing dies from production.
- Research and set up the suitable Dies set for drawing machines.
- Follow up the Dies stock & shoot the purchasing request.
- Surface control by optical instrument, be able to use machine devices in re- polishing drawing Dies.
- Manage your team’s work scheduler.
- Assign tasks to each member of your team. (6 pax).
- Monthly Dies inventory.

- Experience in wires activities, drawing dies and EDM drawing machines is an advantage.
- Experience with raw material as brass, copper wire and plated nickel, zinc, silver, diamond wire is a plus
- Office tasks: Word, Excel, PP
- English intermediate at least
- Level: University
- Working with spirit: high precision, serious and learning motivation
