Mechanical Process Engineer (Precision machining)

- Collaborate with QA/QC and supplier coordinators on machining, fabrication, welding, chroming, fast WC, milling processes.
- Troubleshooting and issue analysis during production.
- Create and maintain product master data in the SAP system, including Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routings.
- Support supply chain development through technical review and alternative solutions.
- Plan manufacturing capacity, process cycle time, and standard work to optimize production efficiency.
- Design and create jig/fixture drawings for special components when needed.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve specifications, including error feedback and correction.
- Perform other tasks and assignments as directed by the direct manager.
- Support quality issue analysis, corrective actions, and continuous quality improvement.
- Prepare documents (such as work instructions, Routing, etc.) and process drawings (such as product drawing, process flow,..)

- ERP (SAP) experience is preferred.

- 2- 3 years of relevant work experience.

- Strong knowledge of machinery processes (Milling, Grinding, EDM, WC, etc.)

- Strong knowledge of GD&T and drawing requirements.

- Educational background in Mechanical or related majors

- Having experience in mechanical precision industry.

- Good command of English.
