Department: Mechanical & Piping Group in Hong Rivers Project Section
Quantity: 02
Location: Construction Site at Liên Hồng, Đan Phượng, Hà Nội
Salary: 38 ~ 45 Mil VND /month GROSS
Expected start working Date: As soon as possible (Negotiable)
Reason to recruit: New Personnel/ Personnel preparation
Working Day:
•Official
•Day shift
•6 days/week
Job Description:
- Site Management for mechanical & piping installation work / fabrication work on workshop
- Welding inspection and NDT for pipelines and steel structures
- Inspection and Supervision for mechanical & piping installation work on site / fabrication work on workshop
- Prepare method statement, Inspection and test plan, Site schedule for each level for mechanical & piping installation work on site/ fabrication
- Prepare Daily report, Weekly report, Monthly report, Check list, Inspection documents, As built drawings…
- Safety management, Quality control, Schedule control, Risk assessment.
- Any other works instructed by Directors and Managers

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualified Candidate:
- One who has the experience of supervising work at construction site is preffered.
- Site Management experience is preferred.
- Knowledge and several years working experience in ZW Cad.
- Familiarization of Vietnamese and International Construction Standard/Code (QCVN, TCVN, TCXDVN, JIS...)
- Understand the Design and Construction Law of Vietnam, construction process and other related procedures for Design and Construction in Vietnam.
- Experience in joining Water Plant Projects in North Viet Nam is preferred.
- Experience in Piping and Mechanical Supervisor, Site Manager.
- Willing to go oversea for training and working.
- Education background: University.
- Work license: Chứng chỉ nghề giám sát lắp đặt thiết bị hạng 1,2,3
- Gender: Male.
- Appearance: Uncertain.
- Over 5 years experienced at similar position.
***Other skills:
• English Communication.
• Auto CAD.
• Others: REVIT 2015, SAP 2000, Etab (if possible)
***Other preferred:
- Contract duration will be 12 months at least until completion of project execution.
