11、Assessment and skill training of personnel in the engineering equipment department；
12、Responsible for preparing and supervising the implementation of the three- level maintenance planfor equipment；
1、Responsible for the planning, design, selection, evaluation, introduction, acceptance, and management of the company&039;s automation equipment；
2、Responsible for establishing and improving equipment management systems；
9、TPM system construction promotion and spare parts inventory management；

3、Responsible for the review of automation equipment safety, equipment technical upgrades, equipment management documents, and operational training;
5、Responsible for the management of equipment renovation projects；

8、Responsible for overall water and electrical planning of equipment in the factory area；
4、Responsible for the establishment of technical standards for equipment procurement in the factory area, as well as the selection, procurement, and acceptance of equipment；
7、Responsible for developing technical solutions for non- standard equipment；

Experience Requirement：More than 3 years of work experience in the same position
Age Requirement：Under 40 years old
Minimum Academic Requirement：Key undergraduate programs

Professional Requirement: Engineering majors related to furniture manufacturing or mechanical engineering
2、More than 3 years of experience as an equipment engineer in a large furniture factory, with experience in large- scale projects；
1、Key undergraduate degree or above, majoring in furniture manufacturing or mechanical engineering or related engineering disciplines；
Knowledge、Skill Requirement：
- Familiar with TPM system construction, as well as the working principle, material structure, and processing technology of furniture and equipment
Personal Quality Requirement:
- Having good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to coordinate work with project managers, technical workers, etc；
