We are looking for a Media Intern to support media planning, execution, and performance tracking for digital campaigns. This role offers hands- on exposure to paid media platforms, performance reporting, and integrated IMC campaigns in a fast- paced agency environment.

Job Description
Media Execution & Campaign Delivery (50%)
Support the execution of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other approved platforms under the guidance of line manager, which is in line with approved media plans and internal guidelines.
Assist in uploading creatives, setting up campaign structures, objectives, targeting, budgets, placements, and tracking links.
Conduct pre- launch checks to ensure naming conventions, tracking implementation, and setup requirements are followed correctly.
Monitor live campaigns daily to ensure stable delivery and promptly flag any technical or delivery issues.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting (40%)
Collect weekly performance data directly from media platforms to support internal tracking and reporting.
Monitor key performance indicators including spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, and CPM, and flag abnormal fluctuations or delivery risks.
Consolidate performance data for internal reviews and client- facing performance reports.

Media Performance Optimization (5%)
Support updating performance reports, dashboards, and tracking files accurately and on time.
Assist in monitoring performance changes after optimization actions to understand impact and effectiveness.
Media Operations & Internal Coordination (5%)
Follow internal media processes, documentation standards, and reporting guidelines.
Ensure all media- related information shared internally is clear, timely, and data- backed.
Coordinate with Account teams to ensure performance updates and data are accurate and aligned.
REQUIREMENT
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to work with data.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
0–6 months of experience or internship exposure in Media Buying, Digital Media, or Performance Marketing is a plus.
Good English skills for basic professional communication and documentation.
Final- year student or fresh graduate in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related fields.

Working time: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon – Fri), full- time at office (Required)
