Media Manager

We are seeking a talented and passionate Media Manager to join our team and lead the charge in media planning and execution for our performance- focused clients. You will be responsible for crafting strategic media plans, negotiating deals with media vendors, and ensuring campaigns deliver optimal results within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive media plans aligned with client goals and performance objectives.
Analyze campaign performance data, identify areas for improvement, and report insights to clients.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify the most effective media channels and platforms.
Oversee campaign execution, ensuring proper targeting, optimization, and budget allocation.
Stay up- to- date on the latest trends and technologies in performance marketing, applying your knowledge to improve campaign performance.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including account managers, analysts, and creative directors, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Negotiate and manage contracts with media vendors, securing the best possible rates and terms.
Manage relationships with clients, providing regular updates and proactive communication.

Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in media planning and execution, preferably within a performance- based marketing agency.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to develop and implement data- driven media strategies.
Strong understanding of digital advertising channels and platforms, including programmatic buying, social media advertising, and search engine marketing.
Passion for performance marketing and a desire to achieve results.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
