Media Online Specialist- HCM

The Media Specialist is responsible for planning, setting up and managing multi- channel media campaigns to ensure the best performance.

Optimize the Campaigns and propose the action plan with suitable and in time to ensure the KPIs are achieved..
Measure, report and evaluate the performance of all media campaigns by day/week/month and by per campaign
Make acceptance report for each campaign.
Finding any chances to improve the performance & new Online Marketing channels to propose and deploy
Execution and management of media campaigns, including setting up campaigns on platforms (Facebook, Google, Adnetworks, Zalo, Email, SMS...)
Control the budget, monitor the activities of the campaigns/suppliers to report any issues promptly to line manager.
Other tasks as assigned by manager
Build SOP to improve work efficiency and reduce errors.
Planning and implementing multi- channel media activities (Facebook, Google, Adnetworks, Zalo, Email, SMS ...) by per period and target of the company.

Good in planning, reporting and data analysis
Bachelor’s Degree with major in Economics, Media, Marketing
Experience: 2 years or more working experience in the same position
Strong knowledge and experience of Facebook, Google, Adwords, Remarketing, Affiliate channels and other paid media channels.
Good in Microsoft Office: Microsoft word, Excel, Google sheet, Google Analytics, ppt...
