Direct, develop and oversee acquisition campaigns across a spectrum of digital channels to deliver against business results and ensure client satisfaction.
Provide support, knowledge and metrics expertise to another team members and teams, provide trainings to staff and to another departments on performance management processes,
Use a data- driven/ AB- Testing.. approach to find campaign insights to optimise and scale activities.
Develop budgets and produce periodic reporting.
Work with performance team and team leader to ensure all buys and placements fit the overall strategy.
Responsible for developing reporting and visualization dashboards that simplify complex analyses, covering market planning, budgeting, ROI analysis, and various KPIs.
Work collaboratively with the Marketplaces team to share insights and learnings.
Work closely with Media Lead & Media Planning Manager & SEO Team to complete revenue projections and profit goals.
Stay informed on industry trends in design, advertising and digital media, integrating best practices into our strategies.

t pitching / Media Strategy & Planning
(40%)
Support the Business Units & Planning team in developing media solutions and plans with prices for our clients.
Conduct insight gathering using tools and resources to generate insights into consumer behaviour, and media choices
Create clear and impactful presentations and media plans to communicate our recommendations to our clients.
Set viable objectives and KPIs, and recommend/develop measurement methodology against all briefs
Provide approach/solutions to Planning team & Business Units, across different digital platforms/ media platforms in order to achieve the brief’s objectives
Work closely with marketplace & media platforms, creative team and colleagues on client briefs to deliver creative and effective media solutions.
Media Innovation (20%)
Train media/account.. team on these frameworks and processes
Develop best practices, framework and procedures for media performance and proposal & operations across solutions/ verticals.
Keep the team and clients updated new trends and changes in the media landscape (including new media vendors, new ad formats, etc.)
Management: performance team and campaigns (40%)
Provide guidance to the team on planning, follow- up on operations, and optimization of digital campaigns to get the input to revise the strategy, planning, and approach for better results.
Be the trusted advisor/ to- go person within the team and with clients for all things related to digital/ media performance / SEO
Allocate jobs to the team and provide training to the media performance team.
Lead team who launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns across different platforms and channels.
