Mô tả công việc

Product Development:

Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative media solutions that address client needs and market trends.
Develop and build comprehensive media strategy frameworks tailored to various verticals such as e- commerce, lead generation, and branding.
Continuously refine and enhance media planning processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in media planning.

Pitching and Client Acquisition:

Manage capacity/resources from media team for pitching phase
Work closely with the growth team/ account team/ solution team to understand client requirements and craft customized media strategies that maximize win rates.
Lead the development and delivery of compelling pitch presentations to potential clients
Create multi- channel media plans that align with client goals and objectives.

Team Leadership and Performance Management

Be responsible for the team’s KPI (win- rate, new clients...)
Maintain and upgrade management system in order to plan, monitor/keep track of your team performance and provide action plan to achieve these KPI
Mentor and guide a team of media planners, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

Entrepreneurial mindset – driven, self- motivated, can- do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver persuasive and visually compelling presentations.
Deep knowledge about digital media, especially media framework/ strategy
Constantly inspired to improve ways of doing things to eliminate recurring problems and pain points
Have the ability to work under pressure (big big pressure)
Analytical skills & problem- solving skills are the MUSTs
At least 4 years of experience
