SUMMARY
Work Experience: At least 1 year experience as a Medical Advisor or other equivalent role(s) in the medical function of a healthcare/pharmaceutical company and 2 years experience in pediatrics.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Academic Qualification: MBBS, Medical Doctor, or equivalent medical/pharmacy background.

ROLE
The Medical Advisor will be responsible for performing medical affairs activities in assigned therapeutic areas. The primary duty is to contribute to medical strategy for different portfolios/products of Commercial team and scientific collaboration with the healthcare professionals/healthcare organizations to assist Commercial team and Account team with various scientific activities.
EXPECTATIONS FROM YOU
Hospital & Society Partnerships
Drive strategic collaborations that enhance doctor engagement and content generation.
Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with top hospitals and medical societies in Vietnam.
Lead end- to- end execution of CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs and webinars.
Doctor Acquisition & Engagement
Work closely with marketing and community teams to acquire doctors across key specialties.
Understand local HCP needs and tailor outreach and campaigns accordingly.
Activate, engage, and retain HCPs on the Docquity platform through high- impact medical content, discussions, and events.
KOL Engagement & Relationship Management
Build strong, trust- based relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and speakers.
Co- create medical content, campaigns, and digital learning programs with top- tier doctors.
Manage KOL expectations, feedback loops, and impact measurement.
Medical Affairs & Pharma Client Solutions
Provide strategic input into client campaigns: indication mapping, messaging, digital activation, and doctor targeting.
Act as a medical consultant and scientific partner for leading pharma clients.
Ensure content and interactions are compliant, medically accurate, and localized to Vietnamese guidelines.
