Job Title: Medical Affairs Lead
ROLE
As a key member of the Medical Affairs, which includes Medical Strategy, Medical Writing, Design, and Society/Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Collaboration, the Medical Affairs Lead will work cross- functionally to align medical and commercial efforts, fostering value creation for clients. This individual will also serve as a strategic partner to the Commercial Organization, ensuring medical relevance in all client projects and initiatives.
The Medical Affairs Lead plays a pivotal role in bridging medical expertise with commercial strategy, ensuring that medical insights are seamlessly integrated into business initiatives while maintaining strong credibility within the medical community. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand objectives, capable of driving scientific excellence and commercial success.
EXPECTATIONS FROM YOU
Medical Content Development & Scientific Communication
Develop high- quality medical content aligned with brand and commercial strategies.
Ensure scientific rigor, accuracy, and regulatory compliance in all medical materials.
Provide strategic recommendations on content themes and topics that align with business objectives.
Hospital & Society Partnerships
Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with top hospitals and medical societies in Vietnam.
Drive strategic collaborations that enhance doctor engagement and content generation.
Lead end- to- end execution of CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs and webinars.
Doctor Acquisition & Engagement
Understand local HCP needs and tailor outreach and campaigns accordingly.
Activate, engage, and retain HCPs on the Docquity platform through high- impact medical content, discussions, and events.
Work closely with marketing and community teams to acquire doctors across key specialties.
KOL Engagement & Relationship Management
Co- create medical content, campaigns, and digital learning programs with top- tier doctors.
Manage KOL expectations, feedback loops, and impact measurement.
Build strong, trust- based relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and speakers.
Medical Affairs & Pharma Client Solutions
Provide strategic input into client campaigns: indication mapping, messaging, digital activation, and doctor targeting.
Act as a medical consultant and scientific partner for leading pharma clients.
Ensure content and interactions are compliant, medically accurate, and localized to Vietnamese guidelines.
Cross- Functional Collaboration & Internal Capability Building
Host and facilitate advisory boards to gather insights for product and content enhancements.
Work with cross- functional teams to create compelling content for various channels, including webinars, videos, articles, infographics, and training materials.
Provide training and support to commercial teams, ensuring a strong understanding of medical aspects related to products and services.
Insights & Thought Leadership
Serve as the in- house expert on Vietnam’s healthcare landscape, specialties, and regulatory trends.
Generate insights for internal teams and pharma clients based on doctor behavior and feedback.
Lead and contribute to the Medical Affairs Team&039;s deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Participate in regional strategy discussions and help shape the future of medical affairs at Docquity.
Mentor and develop junior medical affairs colleagues, fostering leadership within the team.
